A new food revolution in town!

I never knew food could be so pretty until i went on a journey as a food blogger knowing nothing about it and just opening a blog in the middle of the night-thinking i would have lot of fun and will go to restaurants and cafe-but the reality was shown when i saw the competition.

I thought if you have an Instagram account, you are a blogger. To be honest, blogging is very hard and more hard is to get the perfect click. You won't believe this photo is chosen from 20-30 clicks that i took of the same dish and still i wasn't if it was up to the mark.

Maybe let's talk about the dish now. So the very first post that i got for you; is one of by best click ever. This dish is a masterpiece and you wont believe if i tell you that i had this dish in a restaurant which doesn't specializes in desserts.

Mandala Hot Pot Culture, a new restaurant in the heart of Kalyani Nagar, Pune with a brand new concept of Hot Pot in town. I know most of you are probably searching the web for the meaning of hot pot right now. Let me just explain it to you briefly. So it's a concept of cooking and eating your food at the same time on the table itself. Sounds interesting right?

This place is pure vegetarian, i know non-vegetarians will get bored after reading this, but let me tell you something. Being a non-veg lover myself, i was pretty surprised that i ate everything that was on the table. Yes, only food! lol ! They had this amazing soup prepared for us to cook veggies in it. All we had to do is choose from variety of veggies like baby carrot, baby corn, zucchini, broccoli, cherry tomatoes, pea pod, mushrooms, lotus stem(my fav), bell peppers(red & yellow ).

Bokchoi and lettuce also. Some lip smacking sauces were also there whose names i forgot hehe. Ooo the surprise, vermicelli noodles and brown rice also to cook n eat. A day full of surprises and new delicacy to try. Inspired by Korean and Chinese Cuisine, as said by the owner of the outlet, who herself is a chef and opened up this restaurant to follow her passion and live the dream.

I enjoyed every little bit of the food they served me. Yes there were bit ups and down with one or two dishes, but the budding entrepreneur and experienced chef introduced me to a new class of food which i will surely try again in my next visit. @mandalahotpotculture is your spot to enjoy the delicacy.
